   Haven't been taking for long at all but can already feel it's calming effect very soon after I take-thankfully-
   Have been so stressed lately, well actually quite awhile(lots of changes in my life)
   And realize come colder weather get more " nuts"-
   I just got these - Today took just a half and thankfully felt the calming effect-very soon after-
   Today tried on my little blind dog who has a hard time settling down- circles a lot-(me being more vata have a hard time dealing with)
   So I thought I'd try her on a half- seems to work so far-
   I later Googled if dogs could have vata dosha and sure enough she fit in with that-
   Hope it continues to work-
   So I recommend-so far-

   I do not feel anything taking this product. UPDATE: I am now on my second bottle of Healthy Vata and am updating my review. In the previous review I just had not given it enough time to work. I am now on my second bottle of it and am noticing a difference in my sleep. I have had severe insomnia most of my life and this is helping. I still am not able to get 8 hours sleep but have gone from 2-3 to 5-6. I will continue to take this and am adding "I sleep soundly" and "Tranquil Mind" both by Banyan Botanicals. I am just waiting for them to be delivered. Btw if you go to Banyan Botanicals website the supplements cost less and it has an enormous amount of information along with a free extensive dosha quiz you can take. It"s extremely beneficial!

   It works! And will quickly soothe your 2 AM Vata distress, as well as during the day. The tablets have a nice flat oval shape which make them easy to take, and the flavor is mild if you chew them. This is a one-in-a-million product.

   To be honest, it's really hard to know if herbal supplements are doing what you hope, unless there is a dramatic change. I started taking this in conjunction with some dietary and other lifestyle changes. Nothing dramatic, just some food additions and a few subtractions, plus a little more focus on my sleep. So, I can't say if positive changes are the result of this product or a combination. However, I can say that I'm sleeping better and generally feeling better. It's been about a month now. I will continue to use this.

   I was a little hesistant to try these in the morning on an empty stomach, but I was anxious to see the effect they had on my body. I a vata-pitta and my vata is unbalanced. Extremely anxious and stressed. I decided to go ahead and try two pills in the morning, almost 30 minutes later or maybe sooner I had an overwhelming sense of peace and tranquility. It was so quick, I cant believe I have been living with out these. I have had a great day at work I am happy.

   I am always over-stressed and training too hard. My lips get super dry and burn, my skin is dry and itchy, my mind often races. I've been taking this for a while and wasn't sure if it was working at first, but now i'm convinced that it has. It helps keep me balanced and prevents my body from getting over worked and dry. I will continue taking this.

   I am vata kapha. I have to make sure I don't eat kapha reducing foods that increase my vata. A few days ago I was feeling too kapha so I made some juice with spinach kale parsley and an apple. I added a lot of hot water but I could still feel my vata increasing as I finished the juice. I decided to try taking 2 of these tablets and I immediately felt better!! I was amazed. With vata season coming up I may take 2 tablets in the morning and 2 in the evening. Will continue to purchase to help me stay balanced.
