    Cystic acne had started on my jawline in about November 2019. I was on spironolactone for a year to combat it. At the one-year point, I wanted to be off of the medicine, so I switched to taking these supplements and saw palmetto. This combination has worked wonders for me. I a few flareups of cystic acne as soon as I went off the spiro, but these supplements kicked in, and I've had none since early January. Very pleased with the results achieved through supplementation.

    So, I go this, read the label and then, since I was ovulating, had to wait 12 days to be sure I wasn't pregnant. I wasnt so then I started taking the pills, just one at night, for the first week because I'm sensitive. I'm also eating a vegan diet and trying to avoid nightshades, soy products, and nutritional yeast- which all seem to inflame me (due to their high histamine content?) Any way, I've begun taking a probiotic supplement to improve my gut's "histamine processing" situation. I've also paired this product with a neem infused sesame oil, triphala pill, and the soothing skin balm also from banyon. (all this cost less than one tube of steroid medicine) My eczema has improved dramatically- it has only been a few weeks but I already am looking better than just with the steroid alone. However, after I finish this bottle I won't order more since the neem and the indian madder root are abortifacients and I'm trying to conceive- so there you have it.

    This is a great product! I am taking 4 per day and they are clearing up my cystic acne that I've had for 20 years. My skin is smoother and less oily as well. I'm also taking Banyan's Triphala with it. Absolutely no side effects.
