    This is a staple in my medicine cabinet I can give it to my three-year-old and everyone else in my family it works really well and almost better sometimes than NyQuil. At least for coughing I like that for severe Cold that I can take it with NyQuil if I need sleep I recommend this product to so many people and enjoy that it is Ayurvedic medicine

    I give this to my son when ever he has sinus/viral problems. It helps with his breathing and extra mucus while sleeping. So I dont have to worry about breathing treatment.
    We add juice 1/2 tsp of this. We also use omega oils.
