   This product’s purpose is to improve skin, hair, and nails, improve tissue growth, and other things. The collagen comes combined with other ingredients including saw palmetto, biotin, hyaluronic acid, vitamins, and other ingredients. They are made in the USA in a GMP certified lab and third party tested for purity. It is non GMO and gluten free. Source of their ingredients is “globally sourced” which doesn’t really tell me anything. The capsules are large but I had no problem swallowing them with food and I’ve experienced no ill effects from taking these. While I cannot say that I seen any positive effects from this brand in such a short period I have taken collagen previously with good results. I am happy with their disclosure of their product except for the source of their ingredients. Overall it looks like a good product.

   I am taking this collagen supplement to help with my fingernail strength and to prevent them from cracking, peeling, and breaking. I have tried several brand of collagen without noticeable improvement, but this one seems to be improving my nail strength. I have not had any issues taking the product, but time will tell the real difference it is making. I am pleased with this product, and I am thankful that it is made in the USA. It is a bit pricey.

It's nice that today we have products on the market that purport to help slow it down so we can retain our youth and remain strong for longer. Supplements can be difficult to process, however, because the effects can often be subtle. That said, I do believe these pills are working. They come with a multitude of high-quality ingredients sourced from various plants and minerals. It's incredibly bioactive and contains biotin, keratin, and collagen peptides, all things that are known to help with nails, hair, and skin health. Many in isolation have shown results and, in my case, the supplement appears to be working quite well.    I got this for the 10 types of collagen, I am getting a bit older, and things creak and hurt more than they used to, they seem to take longer to stop hurting also. With this supplement there is quite a bit less creaking and snapping. Knees don't pop every time I bend down to grab a load of firewood. Speaking of firewood, I can chop a week's worth of firewood and then carry it all into the house. I get a little sore the next day, but it is the good kind of sore. With these the sore goes away quicker and the muscle is ready for a bigger job next time. Collagen I do recommend to those that are also getting a bit older.

   I love this brand! I believe the quality of their products are great! I was excited to try this out because I’m already taking some of these same vitamins separately. It’s great to get them all in one dosage and pill! The pills are easy to swallow and I had no after tastes after trying them. The price is very cost effective for me because the price I pay for these is the cost of my other DHT blocker alone and this one offers the same amount in it.

   I am new to the collagen game. This is the first supplement I’ve tried. So far I noticed a subtle difference. Maybe a slight glow. That also may just be wishful thinking. I do like the supplement. It’s easy to swallow. It doesn’t have any weird smells to it. I felt like this was a good pill for my first try. It comes with a good amount as well. I have been taking it consistently for a few weeks so hopefully in a month or two I really start to notice a difference. All in all, I will continue to take it.

   This is an excellent collagen supplement, it is easy to swallow and virtually no taste, or aftertaste to endure because it is fully encapsulated. Collagen is such a well rounded supplement with many health benefits to skin, hair and even joints. Wonderful supplement, and excellent quality.

   After a few weeks of taking this supplement I felt my skin look more glowing and less tired and spotty. Its only been a few weeks but I'm pleased so far, and no unexpected ramifications from taking this new supplement. It didn't impact my tummy and the pills are easy to swallow. So, overall, I'm very happy with this.

I also have an allergy to nail polish which makes them peel even more, so I can't use nail polish strengtheners. Taking a quality collagen has made a huge difference when it comes to my nails. With this collagen, my nails are absolutely stronger and longer.    I take for skin and hair. Nice formulation, plenty of biotin, a collagen complex, and extra herbs and minerals. I give a 4 star only for a 30 day supply for $29, a tad pricey. Personally I don't take the 3 capsules a day as per label. My primary aim here is the biotin dosage, since I supplement collagen, saw palmetto, and apple cider vinegar separately and don't believe 10mg of biotin a day is necessary.

   In my late 30s now and my age is starting to catch up. Taking these in the hopes it'll slow natures progress. They were flavorless and odorless, easy to swallow. I did not experience any side effects when taken just before meals, with plenty of water. My face and neck seems a little more smooth, though its still a bit too early to see positive results. Worth a shot!

   I have been taking collagen supplements for over a year now. I had bariatric surgery and wanted to do what I could to help mitigate hair loss, saggy skin and brittle nails. I can't say for sure, but I think taking collagen from the beginning has helped. These pills make it easy and quick to get in your collagen, they're especially good for travelling - so you don't have to worry about messy powders and mixing. The pills are relatively large and the serving size is 3 per day, but easy enough to get down. They haven't caused any ill effects that I can tell.

   Although I wouldn't say I saw a difference in my skin, I definitely saw it in my nails. It wasn't until after I finished the bottle that my nails started to break. I thought this was strange and then I put two and two together: I finished this supplement and now my nails aren't supported as much! This brand seems legit and not only do they have solid ingredients, they get third party tested—which is essential for ANY supplement. The pills, although on the larger side, are still easy to swallow. I experienced no foul smell or taste, nor did this supplement give me any stomach or digestion issues. And even though the serving size is 3 capsules (which is sort of weird?), I would get this again.

   After taking the Age Defense Beauty Collagen Matrix for a couple of weeks now daily (3 capsules per day), there's definitely some improvement in terms of nails and hair growth. I feel like my hair is growing just a tad bit longer. It's not more full or anything but it does seem to promote faster growth. My nails seem to be also growing a bit faster and stronger. It's hard to gauge these things but this supplement does seem to have some health benefits associated with it. Overall, I think it's worth a try if you're trying to add biotin and collagen to your diet.

   I usually take collagen in powder form, but I might consider switching to capsules because I don't have to worry about mixing it with anything. The capsules were easy to sallow, not funny aftertaste, and settled well on an empty stomach. I've been taking Collagen powder for well over a year and will continue to do so.    All good things to report — easy to swallow, no weird taste or aftertaste, a nice 90-day supply, and USA made. I’m a daily collagen user and picked this up to supplement that effort since powdered collagen can be pricey … but I eventually realized a dose of the supplements offers quite a bit less collagen than a dose of the powder. That was my fault for not translating the amount per 3-capsule serving, which is in mg (1000 mg) to the powder, which is in grams (20 g for the brand I buy). Still, this formula is a nice way to support what I’m doing and offers many additional benefits above and beyond collagen alone, plus it gives a little kick and health benefit from the green tea extract, which I like but is something to be aware of for anyone who prefers to avoid caffeine (and probably better taken earlier in the day if you’re particularly sensitive).

   I used another formulation of collagen, "Collagen Burn", from Bioactive Labs for a few months with good results so I felt comfortable giving this one a try. What I like about this one compared to the other is the inclusion of more vitamin C, just so I don't have to take a separate supplement. There doesn't seem to be a clear answer I've found online about whether C helps increase collagen production. There are a few other ingredients called out in the product listing such as Hyaluronic acid, but in that particular example it's not nearly enough to meet the daily recommended dosage. Hence the minus one star. I feel like if a company is going to call out some superstar extras and make health claims as they do in the product description, the amount in the product should be enough for the user to benefit from.

   I love pills that are capsules, so much easier to swallow! I take collagen for several reasons, mostly for my bone health. I have several disabilities and I have to make sure I'm getting enough out of my supplements. These are great and I hope they restock with more. This brand in particular is wonderful because of all the added benefits of the added vitamin C, keratin, and more. I 100 % recommend it!
